The paper elaborates the importance of e-Health to health management, investigates and summarizes the experiences and deficiency of e-Health system construction both in China and abroad, proposes the innovative human-centered e-Health system and its system design. This system could be divided into 3 parts: personal health log and questionnaire, scientific knowledge and cases, health forum, each module assumes different function.
