Taking Web of Knowledge as the data source, the paper carries out visualization analysis on the literatures about traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) study using the information visualization software CiteSpace, clearly displays the main countries and regions, institutions, main journals and the highly cited literatures, reveals the hot research fields and the development tendency of TCM in the recent years.
