Through questionnaire investigation, the paper initiatively analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information literacy of teachers in parts of medical colleges and universities in Shandong province, from the aspects of information cognition, information capability, and information concepts. Moreover it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improving information literacy of teachers, including strengthening leadership awareness, constructing incentive mechanism, playing full role in training users of library.
