Using bibliometric analysis method, the paper analyzes 1 092 literatures on medical problem-based learning（PBL） teaching collected form "China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD)" from 1994 to 2010, reveals the characteristics and disciplines of annual growth of literatures, institution distribution, author distribution, journal distribution, etc.
