The paper introduces the importance of constructing medical knowledge alliance database and mainly elaborates its schemes of construction from the perspectives of management institutions′ setting, program of database construction, operating and management mechanism. It discusses how to implement the knowledge management and promote the knowledge sharing and innovation among medical colleges and universities using medical knowledge alliance database.
