The paper analyzes the realistic basis for subject librarians participating in literature resources construction, briefly introduces several attempts of subject librarians participating in literature resources construction in Capital Medical University, then puts forward suggestions on selecting parts of the subject librarians to attend literature resources construction group, establishing the book selection method with the combination among acquisition librarian, subject librarian and experts of colleges and departments.
