The paper introduces the connotation, representation and features of culture management in hospital libraries, clarifies the necessity of strengthening culture management in hospital libraries and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including: paying attention to the role of the manager, cultivating spirit of library, strengthening talents training and constructing harmonious and interactive service mode, etc.
