Abstract:In order to explore the status of job burnout and impacting factors of college and university librarians diversity on gender, education background, post as well as the teachers, the paper carries out questionnaire investigations on 121 libraries and 102 teachers in 5 colleges and universities from the aspects of job burnout, personality and general well-being(GWB). It discusses the status of job burnout as well as the deep-seated reasons, in order to provide references for college and university managers to carrying out purposeful intervention and prevention.
