With the combination of the experiences of The Affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical College, the paper proposes the framework of hospital scientific research management system based on E-Science Hospital scientific research management should combine with grid-based techniques, construct virtual laboratory under E-Science environment, and strengthen the construction of open E-Science scientific activities organization system, support effective and sharable academic communication
