The paper introduces the conceptions of ubiquitous information and ubiquitous library, discusses the application of ubiquitous library theory in service, teaching, and researching in hospital libraries, clarifies the channels for perfecting ubiquitous library, including perfection of devices and service contents, improvement of information capability of librarians,etc
