The paper presents the current document delivery process in Medical Library of Fudan University, analyzes the current working flow and points out the existing problems, points out the ideas of document delivery services based on process reengineering, including changing one-way and passive services to multi-way and active services, strengthening literature resources reveal and integration, etc
