The paper introduces the situation of statistical data collection for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional statistical method. It studies and designs the network direct reporting and management system for data statistics in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals of Hubei Province, elaborates the system requirements and implementation.
