The paper starts with the concept and features of malicious download, analyzes the status quo of electronic resources malicious downloads in college and university libraries, suggests that relevant countermeasures should be applied to regulate readers′ behavior, including formulating strict laws and regulations, strengthening management, adopting technical ways, etc
