Content analysis method is used in this paper as top 100 universities in China with faculty of information management and information systems are investigated. The results reveal that the curriculum system covers 4 types based on clustering analysis and main courses extraction. It suggests that medical colleges could learn from the curriculum settings of public universities, save the original characteristics, optimize the curriculum system in order to adapt to health informatization construction in China
