Abstract:The paper introduces the overall layout of national, provincial and local public health three-level platform. According to the position and operational characteristics of provincial data center, it designs 5 basic functions, focuses on 6 aspects, including IT room environment system, network system, server system, storage system, safety system and operation maintenance management systems
