The paper introduces the significance of developing subject knowledge services, analyzes the deficiencies of subject knowledge services in traditional Chinese medicine libraries in China. Some countermeasures are put forward to realize subject knowledge services, including subject knowledge services platform construction, network-based working mode, subject collaboration services, talents′ quality improvement, etc
