The paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching hospital libraries, including the deficiency of librarians′ quality, lack of in-depth information services, collection resources scarcity, users′ demands uncertainty and so on, puts forward advices including strengthening scientific management, improving the librarians′ quality, carrying out competition mechanism, achieving new breakthroughs in service ideas, service contents and service methods, so as to improve the service quality of libraries
