The paper analyzes the informatization construction status of China CDC data center and the existing problems of information security assurance system, puts forwards corresponding framework, namely, constructing the security architecture taking public health service system as a target, system security management system as the leading, security technology system as the basis, so as to provide some references for public health data center information security protection system.
