The paper introduces the concept and research hotspots of clinical informatics, depicts its transformation from data management to evidence-based medicine support, points out that the technology strategy of clinical informatics construction should include standardized explanation of clinical data information, clinical data mining, clinical statistical analysis and application, computer information system interface simulation, information technology translational research. Clinical informatics research would help evidence-based medical management and application directly.
