The paper briefly introduces the connotation of subject services in hospital libraries, concretely discusses the information resources organization and service model of hospital library carrying out subject service, proposes some measures to maintain the sustainable development of subject services in hospital libraries, including fostering users′ information literacy, promoting subject librarians′ quality, constructing incentive mechanism.
