By questionnaires investigation on readers in Library of Anhui Medical University, the paper analyzes the information resources utilization status, information demand characteristics, reader's evaluation and satisfaction in libraries of teaching-research type colleges and universities. According to the existing problems some improvement countermeasures are put forward, so as to explore the reasonable structure of information resources construction and service model innovation in libraries, improve the satisfaction of readers.
