Taking Library of Zhongshan College of Dalian Medical University as an example, the paper summarizes the development process of reader′s card in domestic college and university libraries,analyzes the transformation brought by caupus card. It points out that libraries should pay attention to management work in transformation stage, establish unblocked communication platform and promote management skills of librarians.
