The paper discusses the effective ways to resolve the problems existed in CDC data center operation and maintenance management. Using the ideas of three-dimensional management model, taking related facilities in CDC data center as research objects, centralized control module are established, so as to realize centralized monitoring. 4A security management platform and workflow management system are constructed, the management level of China CDC IT services is improved, in order to providing references to other CDC data center operation and maintenance management.
