The paper introduces the informatization construction process in the Sanatorium of Beijing Military Region in Beidaihe. It generates the implementation method of electronic medical records system according to information system application status, including system interface, prescription management, authorization limitation aspects, puts forward improvement program according to the problems existed in current information system.
