Combined with the practical status of appointment registration service in Northern Jiangsu People′s Hospital, the paper introduces the construction of the platform. Through formulating registration process, detailing the service management, optimizing the information platform, out-patients registration service would be promoted. The problems of real-name system, missed appointment ratio, promotion restrictions are also discussed.
