Based on analyzing the MeSH supplementary concept structure, the paper mainly discusses the terminology mapping and conversion between MeSH supplementary concept and medical subject heading, as well as between the MeSH supplementary concept and UMLS semantic network, so as to illustrate the functionality, adaptability and efficiency of MeSH from the aspect of its microstructure.
