Based on the investigation of knowledge network related research, the paper proposes a series of technical methods for infectious disease knowledge network construction. Firstly, it discusses a series of key technologies of knowledge network construction, including knowledge extraction, knowledge organization system design and knowledge network automatic generation, then it puts forward specific countermeasures for specific problems in the knowledge network construction process based on infectious disease data analysis. The effects of the methods are also tested.
