The paper discusses the challenges to literature resources construction in hospital libraries under current network information environment, based on the above it puts forward the strategies of strengthening literature resources construction, including strengthening digital literature resources construction, highlighting the characteristics of literatures, paying attention to free resources construction and utilization, etc.
