According to the teaching practices of literature retrieval course, the paper discuses several psychology factors that shouldn′t be neglected in literature retrieval innovative teaching, including Innovation ability, excitation mechanism, personality cultivation, etc. It points out that educational psychology has important role in literature retrieval teaching innovation.
