The medical information research and service demands have changed under the new health care reform environment. Combining with the information research working experiences of Tianjin Medical Information Research Center, the paper discusses the demand-driven development ideas to promote medical information research work, points out specified strategies in serving new health care reform and transforming medical information research and service mode.
