Utilizing SWOT analysis theory, the paper fully analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of subject services in the Medical Library of Chinese PLA. Based on the above it proposes developing suggestions, including strengthening staff capability, promoting librarians' activity and creation, etc.
