The paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of hospital libraries, elaborates the necessity of hospital library construction and services under the network environment, points out that hospital library should break through in the aspects of collection construction, collection structure, information services, talents cultivation and so on, try to update the service mode and extend new fields of network information services.
