Employment intentions and the current status of some medical intelligence master graduates and precious master graduates are investigated. The results from questionnaire show that the graduates have a pragmatic attitude of employment, a rational salary expectations and diversified job search tendencies. In addition, their entrepreneurial idea began to sprout. Owning to their too ideal employment intentions, there is a large gap between the ideal and the actual employment situation. The survey findings will have certain references to the medical intelligence graduates education reform and development.
