The paper analyzes advantages of digitalized resources in college and university libraries, discusses the modes of digitalized information services, including one-stop service based on resources integration, real-time and online virtual reference services, etc. It also proposes the development trend of information services, namely, personalized, knowledge-based, subject, socialized services.
