The paper elaborates the connotation of electronic library and the advantages of hospital constructing electronic library. Taking Jiangxi Province Hospital of Chinese Armed Police Force as an example, it analyzes the construction status of electronic library, elaborates the problems which should be well-considered in planning hospital electronic library construction.
