The paper analyzes the problems existed in traditional intravenous infusion, elaborates the significance of constructing pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS). Taking No210 Hospital of the PLA as an example, it introduces the work flow and the application notes of PIVAS management system, discusses its role in the overall hospital business process.
