The paper discusses the current status of domestic clinical cases databases, taking head and neck cancer clinical cases database construction in Eye Ear Nose and Throat Hospital of Fudan University as an example, it analyzes the problems in database construction process including data standards, cross utilization, long-term follow-up and so on, corresponding countermeasures are also put forward.
