Using information analysis methods such as bibliometric method and statistical analysis, the paper analyzes the information related to helper T cell (Th cell) in SCIE database, NIH RePORTER project database, DII patent database, Clinicaltrails database and Thomson Pharma database, so as to understand the research status in this field. It points out that China should increase the scientific research inputs on Th cell, accelerate the translational procedure from basic research to clinical application, improve the scientific research quality as the scientific research outputs increase.
