According to the construction and sharing status of sci-tech literature resources in every province in China，the paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing provincial medical sci-tech innovation service platform from the aspects of platform design, realization objects and construction assessment, finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding strategies, in order to provide convenience for information communication among the peers in every province.
