Based on the development status of modern college and university libraries, the paper discusses the theoretical basis of constructing interactive modes in college and university libraries, puts forward 4 interactive modes including librarians with students, librarians with teachers, readers with readers, and readers with themselves. It also explores the conditions to realize interactions.
