The paper analyzes the characteristics of the CD attached to books and introduces the management modes of CD attached to books in college and university libraries, proposes several advices on how to manage them scientifically, including utilizing the storage spaces reasonably, introducing intelligent CD management database, constructing cloud storage framework for the mirror server, etc.
