Aiming at the current status of primary health care in Guizhou province, the paper introduces the target and concrete contents of telemedicine system construction in Guizhou province. Through the construction and operation of telemedicine system, the health industry and even the information technology promotion and application level in Guizhou province could be improved. It could provide references for telemedicine system constrution in undeveloped areas in China.
