By means of expert consultation, manual evaluation, software inspection and so on, the paper comprehensively analyzes 30 provincial CDC websites, so as to understand the construction status of provincial CDC′s websites in China and find out the existing problems. The results show that the entire construction level maintains an upward trend and the construction work has gained strengthener support from leadership. Parts of the websites are in weak condition in the aspects of public service and public participation which are also the focus of provincial CDC′s websites construction.
