The paper discusses the vulnerable legitimate rights and interests of patients under medical informatization background, as well as the challenges of hospital informatization to patients′ legitimate rights and interests protection. Based on the above it puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including strengthening ethics training of medical staffs, managing the using permissions of various information system strictly, perfecting corresponding laws, etc.
