Using "questionnaires on the current status of third-level grade-A hospital libraries in Guangdong province" which designed by Guangdong hospital library committee, the paper investigates and analyzes the status of third-level grade-A hospital libraries in Guangdong province from the aspects of library staffs, expenses and facilities, collection resources, etc. Based on the above it proposes countermeasures for further development.
