The paper introduces the development and design of physical examination system with B/S 3-layer structure, adopting foreign advanced multidimensional database Cache as operation database and Ensemble as data exchange platform with third-party software. The models of the system include basic data maintenance, payment management, doctor workstation and so on, it could not only improve examination efficiency and quality,but also reduce the doctors' workload.
