A forensic toxicology database system which could be easily used on web was established to accomplish systematic, modern information acquisition for forensic toxicology. The paper analyzes the construction target of the system, elaborates system development process from the aspects of framework design, structure and function realization, etc. The database would well meet the demands for multi-fields and multidimensional information in forensic toxicology identification practices, thus improving the working efficiency of staffs.
