Reaxys and SciFinder are important databases commonly used in the fields of chemistry and chemical industry. The paper carries out comparison and analysis on the two databases from the aspects of basic conditions, search methods, unique search functions and application conditions, points out that both databases have powerful search and service functions. It could instruct related researchers to make better use of both databases.
