Using the patent information analysis research method, the paper analyzes patent authorization status of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Guangdong province from the aspects of patentee, inventors, region distribution, technology distribution and so on, points out the problems existed in innovation capability, proposes corresponding countermeasures to cultivate intellectual property culture and improve innovation capability of Chinese medicine technology in Guangdong province.
