Based on analyzing the importance of medical record information management and the application values of health statistics, the paper points out medical record information management and health statistics method should be combined, medical record information management workflow could be optimized from the aspects of statistics method design, statistics information feedback and so on, so as to improve medical record management level and working efficiency in hospital.
